Job Description
Training Leads & Trainers are responsible for:

* Working closely with Best Practice Lead in all training related activity.

* Will aid Best Practices and Change Management in development and refinement of training material.

* Working closely with Site (Plant) Coordinators, Change Management and Best Practice in the scheduling and delivery of site training.

* Provides either local of remote support for go live.

* Training Leads will coordinate trainers and the delivery of training.
Job Requirements
Experience in imparting training to a group of Consultants.Good communication & team lead skill.
