Manage the Blueprint and configuration for SAP -(Personal Development, Training &
Event Management, ESS & MSS) as Module owner
Configuration and Maintenance of Personal Development module i.e. (Maintaining Qualifications (Skills & Competencies) Catalogue ,Mapping of positions /employees / applicants with qualifications ,Functionality to search for a suitable Successor for a particular position, Job based on the competency/skill ,Assignment of career tracks to individual employees
· Configuration of Training & Event Management for following (Training Programs Catalogue, Training need determination ,Demand determination for training programs,
In-house &External training programs, planning & scheduling, Training Calendar, Nominations for training ,Resource booking for training programs, Resource reservation , booking for training program cancellations ,training prerequisites (if any),Training Appraisal & Attendee Appraisal )
Configuration and Maintenance of Employee Self Service(ESS) , Manager’s Self Service and Management Dashboard
· Manages all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration & reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs. This includes configuring business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure and info types
Time Management – Positive and Negetive
Responsible for guiding the team for detailed analysis, design, coding & testing of programming/software within the stipulated time frame and to ensure that the software delivered are adhering to the quality preset Standards
Give guidance on Intra-deparment flow,impact and dependencies within SAP and coordinate for issue resolution.
Training to Power Users in HR.
