CRM support includes but is not limited to: providing guidance to business processes with SAP functionality, performing functional configuration and customization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with ECC and Portal. Additional responsibilities include writing functional and technical specifications, developing test plans & performing system testing. Candidates need to have solid communication skills and will be responsible for mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to other SAP team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required:
- CRM functional configuration experience with ECC integration.
- Understanding of specifications for CRM middleware plug-ins, real time experience on functional side of Enterprise Portals 5.0 & 6.0, web channel CRM 2007 and 7.0.
- Substantial understanding of CRM components and technical objects like ABAP user exits, business add-ins, BAPI’s Idocs, Bdocs, RFC requirements, middleware configurations, Web-UI customization & configuration, common middleware replications related to customer master, pricing conditions, product master, enhancements & document replications such as CRM orders.
- Business partner type customer, employee & contact person definition and replication between ECC & CRM. Design of organization structure and incorporating concepts such as Org data determination, partner determination, etc.
- Hands-on middleware configuration for downloading the master data components, business partner data, product master, installed base & I-objects. Replication management including the order replications, FICO integration, service processes, etc.
- Configure the WEB UI work links, direct links, etc., assignment to the business roles, using base customization concepts such as service orders, actions, status management, business partner data management, I-base management, surveys.
- Customization of item categories, item category determinations, work flow, processing claims, processing change requests, web requests in Grants Management. Business Warehouse integration work & work on BOBJ reports to sync with CRM dashboards by linking to the business roles.
- Experience with writing functional specs, solution design, determining the logic for GAPS, testing & training
Preferred:
- Public Sector Grantor Management and Solution Manager experience.
