Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on SAP CRM* experience (profound functional knowledge of SAP CRM*)
- Knowledge or experience in CRM 7.0.
- Functional knowledge of at least 2 out of 3 key areas (Marketing, Sales, Service)
- Functional knowledge of the channels (Interaction Center, E-Commerce, Channel Management, Access Modes, Analytics).
- Basic technical skills (debugging/ABAP).
- SAP certificates or other certificates are a plus. |
