| Job Description |
Possess 5 to 10 years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Involvement in one full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience shall also include the following:
- Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures.
- SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP CRM server architecture
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points
- Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation skills
- Strong communications skills
Education:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3
- Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM
