| Job Description |
Possess 3-5 years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Involvement in one full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience shall also include the following:
- Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures.
- SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP CRM server architecture.
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points.
- Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation skills.
- Experience with CRM Web UI architecture.
- Experience with CRM UI enhancements: search page, overview page, table view, tree view, task based UI, and fact sheet.
- Experience with context programming.
- Experience with AET, Rapid Application tools.
- Experience with GENIL/BOL enhancements.
- Experience with BOL Programming & Navigation.
- Experience with Web Requests programming & Transaction launcher.
- Experience with BSP programming with HTMLB, THTMLB, CHTMLB.
- Experience with Java script & CSS 3.
- Strong communications skills.
Education:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering,
Business, or related field.
- Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3.
- Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM.
