* 3-5 years functional experience in PLM module, inclusive but not limited to :
o Integration of SAP PLM with ECC 6.0
o Life-cycle Data Management and Collaboration
o Document Management
o Product Structure Management
o Integration
o Change and Configuration Management
o Design Collaboration
o Collaborative Project Management
o Supplier Collaboration
o PLM Analytics
o View of CAD drawings in PLM
* Quality Management , Environment, Health and Safety :
o Audit Management
o Quality Control
o Quality Improvement
o Product Safety/ Hazardous Substance Management
o Dangerous Goods Movement
o Industrial Hygiene and Safety
* Overall Knowledge required:
o ECR to ECO process for new development and deviation
o Revision and Version management
o Object assignments for ECR/ECO - Documents, Materials, BOM,
o Workflow process for ECR/ECO approvals (maximum 4 levels) - User / User Group / By Role
o Document Management System for CAD drawings, Design Specifications
o View CAD drawings in PLM
o Material and BOM creation in SAP PLM
o Access for vendor collaboration, ECR/ECO approval, User view
o OCM - Order Change Management
o Search Functionalities
o Subscription for a specific product group changes
o BOM Comparison
o Where used list
o Conversion of Eng BOM to Prod BOM
o PDS
o Product structure before having a SAP Material
o Technical Specification Management
o Workflows, Templates and Process Routes
o PLM Business Process Configurations (Schema Design, Access Control Definitions)
o Data Migrations
o Building POC's & conducting demo's
* 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
* Strong documentation skills, including configuration and training materials using standard MS tools.
Experience a plus:
* SAP PP Module
* SAP MM Module
* PLM Agile and/or Matrix
