* SAP Consultant with expertise in Customer Service - Service Management
3-5 years functional experience in CS/PM module, inclusive but not limited to :
Service Notifications
Service Orders
Repair Orders
Technical Objects
Catalogs
Serialized Products
Task List
Resource Related Billing
* 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
* Strong documentation skills, including configuration and training materials using standard MS tools.
Experience a plus
* SAP SD module.
* CS integration points (MM, PP, FI/CO).
* Business Warehouse.
* CRM - Case Management is required.
* 2-3 years in a customer service environment.

* Result oriented, proven track record of delivering on commitments.
* Excellent communication skills (English).
