| Job Description |
• Minimum of 8 years supporting SAP modules.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with configuring and supporting SAP CRM.
• Must have hands-on experience implementation, upgrade and/or configuration of SAP CRM, CRM 2007 or 7.0 experience preferred.
• Deeply knowledgeable about SAP CRM functionality, including knowledge of the CRM IC web client.
• Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy and support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership and project management experience in various solution delivery methodologies (ASAP, Agile).
• Advance analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong group facilitation, listening, communication, and training presentation skills.
• Able to quickly grasp methods, maximize their affect, and explain to others.
• Naturally inclined to share knowledge and teach other team members. |
