| Job Description |
* Process expert HSE (Health Safety Environment).
* Will take ownership for all HSE processes related to the solution design.
* Act as the expert on how to improve safety processes for the group.
* Bring in the business knowledge from the oil industry, and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
* This role has a strong focus on business, and less on IT.
* The needed IT skills will be provided by the SAP team, however the person should be able to interface with the team.
* Of course understanding the SAP solutions from a functional point of view is a plus.
Mandatory skills:
* Worked as an inspector in a refinery or chemical plant.
* Deep knowledge about all safety/inspection/maintenance processes.
* Business knowledge of Manufacturing.
* Deep knowledge of compliancy and regulations
Optional skills, but not required:
* Basic understanding how SAP interfaces with safety and inspection applications.
* Knowledge on SAP systems in the Manufacturing area
* Data cleansing experience
* Consulting experience
* Project Management skills
Tasks
* Review, improve and adapt safety processes
* Review, improve and adapt inspection processes.
* Review, improve and adapt maintenance processes.
* Ensure that all processes comply to rules and regulations,
* Guide the Manufacturing team on safety (HSE) issues.
* Take ownership for all related HSE design in the project.
* Review customer data.
* Support the data cleansing team.
* Effort-5 days per week on site.
* Remote work possible when project allows. |
