He should be a SME in Managed services space and should have handled large account transformations ($40-$60 million project ) from T&M to Managed services in AMS. Should be able to interact with CIOs and Directors independently and guide them through the transformation from T&M to Managed Services.Experience in driving and managing organizational change management.Minimum of 15 years of experience in handling large programs (>15 Million) is a must , Exposure to managed services and support and multi vendor environment is a must.Strong account management background and customer relationship management skill.Ability to identify new business opportunities and get to the closure. |
