| Job Description |
1. Responsible for requirement gathering, blueprinting, design testing, cutover and go-live activities from SAP QM side. It is expected to propose the effective business solution using both standard SAP and customized QM Functionality.
2. Responsible for configuration in Quality Management Module with respect to integration MM, PP, SD, WM, PM processes as and when required.
3. Suggest alternate business solution in the QM area to achieve the business objective when ever required.
4. Responsible to identify RICEF requirement in QM area, developing functional designs as input to the technical team.
5. Being a part of implementation or support team make sure resolve client problems, Simplify and standardize business processes from QM Side.
6. Demonstrate and ensure a strong customer service commitment.
7. Analyze the necessity for system enhancements and implement those enhancements.
8. Facilitate coordination between business contacts in support of business objectives with other team members. |
