The Business Objects Designer/Developer position involves analysis, design and development of Business Intelligence and reporting solutions using Business Objects, Crystal Reports and SQL Server 2005. The Candidate will have strong technical experience, in-depth understanding of the design and development methodologies for creating Business Intelligence solutions in large companies using Data Warehouse/Data Mart. The candidate will also have experience in dealing with customers, result oriented and ability to execute the assigned responsibilities with minimum supervision. The candidate's goal will be to improve the adoption of available business intelligence capabilities in the organization.
Required Skills

* Performed full life cycle development of commercial applications using relational databases and Businesses Intelligence solution using Business Objects and SQL Server 2005,Dimensional Modeling, OLAP and Business Intelligence concepts and Design methodology.
* Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
* Strong experience as a Business Objects Designer / Architect.
Strong skills in Business Objects product families, specifically
--Business Objects Web Intelligence XI R2
--Business Objects Crystal Reports XI R2
--Business Objects Universe development
--Business Objects Report development and Ad Hoc reporting,
--Business Objects Security design and implementation, Business Objects InfoView
--Business Objects Scheduler and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products
* Report and database Performance Tuning.
* Ability to work independently
* Strong Analytical skills
Preferred Skills

* Financial Services experience 3+ years Experience.
