3-5 years functional experience in CRM module, inclusive but not limited to :
* Integration of SAP CRM with ECC 6.0 (Standard Customer , Material, Variant Configuration and Pricing Master).
* Data Migrations.
* Building POC's & conducting demo's.
* Account and Contact Management.
* Activity Management.
* MS Outlook integration (Email).
* Opportunity Management.
* Pipeline Performance Management.
* Campaign Management.
* Segmentation.
* Lead Management.
* Sales and Marketing Reporting.
* Service Ticket.
* Quote Management.
* CRM Pricing.
* Data Merge/duplication.
* Territory Management.
* Field Sales (Laptop Solution)
* 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
* Strong documentation skills, including configuration and training materials using standard MS tools.
Experience a plus:
* SAP SD and CS Module.
