| Job Description |
* To run workshops for a group of companies to design the SAP solution in PP and QM. The solution will include planning, MRP, forecasting , production orders, process orders, BOMS and recipes.
* The QM solution will include steps of certification and usage controls as befits an organisation in the Life sciences sector.
* To design and document the Blueprint, ensuring sign off of design of all components from Plan to Production of finished goods.
* Configure and test solution to match Blueprint and user requirements.
* Write functional specifications for any developments, reports and user specific enhancements.
* Able to search for SAP Solutions from OSS to fix any inherent software issues Knowledge transfer to client to enable client to train new users
* Provide expertise gained on other similar production, ideally in the biological division
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in implementing solutions & processes for long term planning and SOP through to final production plan, creation and completion of process and production orders with multi step operations and resources involved.
* The candidate should have experience of use of recipes, batch management, shelf life expiration, batch determination configuration and processes.
* The candidate should know how to deal with by-products, semi finished goods storage and variant consumption of liquids.
* The candidate should have experience of QM inspection lots with multiple step inspections and varying usage decision outcomes.
* Ideally the candidates experience should be in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry and have knowledge of the industry requirements in this area.
* The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to run workshops for design with clear outcomes.
