| Job Description |
The candidate should have excellent functional experience in the area of SAP Service Management for 5+ yrs and have 2-3 years of SAP SM module implementation experience. SAP certification will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have good skills in communication, presentation and have excellent consultancy flavor. Specific understanding of resource related billing and warranty management is a must.
The candidate will be directly interacting with the client and the key users, involved in scoping studies, suggest solution through SAP, train the key users, and configure SAP SM module, and also provide specifications for ABAP / Interface development. He/She should have excellent knowledge of documentation, quality, user training and macro analysis. |
