- Should have come from core SAP R/3 back ground.

- Multiple full cycle implementation experience on FI and CO modules.

- Good understanding of the business processes in the Oil and Gas industry.

- Couple of implementation experience for oil and Gas companies.

- Ability to lead workshops and create blue printing documents.

- Good experience with GAP analysis, requirements gathering and preparation of design documents.

- Ability and experience to interact with high level executives and users.

- Excellent Communication both oral and written skills.
