| Job Description |
- Lead respective functional Consultants, provide job allocation to team member consultants.
- Recommend Best Practices and SAP methods of handling business processes based on previous project experiences.
- Identify implementation risks from past implementations and suggest solutions.
- Ensure conformance to agreed Project scope.
- Function as the Subject Matter Expert in the area of specialization.
- Facilitate the knowledge transfer of the various activities in the implementation to the Customer team by ensuring that they are involved in all the activities of the implementation.
- Support standardization initiatives - business processes, interfaces, reports, data flows, authorizations, roles and profiles.
- Coordinate with other Sub Track Leads in obtaining sufficient business process and organizational data to enable SAP consulting team to provide solutions.
- Prepare module-wise activities in line with the overall track plan - allocate weekly work schedules to consultants and Customer Team members. |
