| Job Description |
- Expert knowledge of Data migration activities including: Extraction; Cleansing; Transformation & Mapping; Load Specification & Execution; Reconciliation.
- Experience of multiple SAP implementation projects including the main activities, tools, methods and their use particularly the ASAP method.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources and Learning & Role Management Business Processes, Organisation Structures & Data Flows including associated business rules.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC6.0 HR&L - particularly to include: OM, PA and Payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of design and build of reconciliation tools related to HR&L.
- Excellent MS Access development skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business representatives on data migration related topics.
-Completion of data migration transformation and load routines, unit and data integration testing.
-Design, build and test of reconciliation tools for HR&L data (including organisation structure) objects.
-Identification of cleansing activities required for a successful migration to SAP.
-Investigation and resolution of issues arising out of data ETL cycle. |
