Job Description
* Configuring system changes relating to the order to cash processes and interfaces, documentation of these changes and knowledge share on the changes.
* creating and modifying existing interfacing between Customer owned and operated systems and SAP ERP and certain internal systems maintained by the client for customers and SAP ERP.
* Monitoring messaging failures, troubleshooting and correcting causes.
* Taking part in development projects, strategic projects and any production support requirements.
* Unit testing of these changes and documentation of test plans and scripts.
* Oversight of customer and site integration testing of these changes and documentation governance of the executed scripts.
* Monitoring jobs and message delivery and supporting any production issues at go-live and project issues during development.
Skill set required:
* Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in SD.
* Should have good communication skills in English.
* Should have worked on minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations and should have exposure to work with Offshore team.
* Should have hands-on skills in IDOC and XML messaging, partner setup,troubleshooting and testing interfaces, debugging skills helpful.
* Should have hands-on skills in mapping to middleware.
* Should have hands on skills in all aspects of SAP configuration for Order to Cash business processes. This to include orders, pricing, tax, logistics execution, transportation, shipping, billing, trade compliance, output setup and specification, reporting (query) and data conversion (LSMW, CATT or other).
