| Job Description |
• Expert knowledge of Procurement Business Processes & Data Flows including associated business rules.
• Expert knowledge of SAP ECC6.0 MM system usage and configuration – particularly to include: QM, AMPL, P2P full process component up to invoicing.
• Expert knowledge of Interface Design & Testing.
• Working knowledge of SAP Workflow.
• Experience of multiple SAP implementation projects including the main activities, tools, methods and their use. This should include strong working experience of the following: Client Facing Skills, Presentation, Requirement Definition, Solution Documentation, Testing & Training Delivery, use of HP Quality Centre, Solution Manager, Visio (or the alternatives above) & the ASAP method.
• Ability to lead and facilitate business process analysis and design workshops – guiding business representative participants through definition of business requirements.
• Ability to support management of a blended team of internal and external resources and ‘hold the line’, providing QA direction when required, monitoring quality of deliverables.
• Ability to sensitively co-lead (alongside a dedicated business team lead) project participants representing the business. To support and guide them through their involvement, effectively transferring knowledge of the solution to them. |
