SAP CRM Consultant

Team members of the SAP CRM skill center participate in service delivery and project activities relating to the channels and sales processes based on CRM functionalities. these functionalities are build upon SAP CRM 7.0 and integration with SAP-ISU.This assignment is to support the sales and contract management functionalities within the system, including the integration between CRM and ISU.

Required skills:

-CRM 7.0 Sales & Contract Mgmt
-ABAP Debugging
-configuration
-knowledge of BOL concept and component workbench

Role:

• Debugging in ABAP to detect and solve the root cause of bugs.

• Functional and technical analysis of requirements and reported incidents.

• Translation of functional requirements into technical and development specifications with a focus on design for performance.

• Configuration in CRM.

• Unit and integration testing of new configuration and development.

• Communication with business application management and developers.
