- Minimum 5 yrs SAP HR configuration experience (version 4.6 or above; at least 2 full life-cycle
engagements), including 2 years configuring / implementing SAP E-Recruiting. Preference with experience on ECC 6.0, Enhancement Package 4 and 5.
- Secondary module experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management required.
Knowledge of Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Management, LSO, Payroll, Benefits a plus.
- Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
-Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a
hands-on manner is critical.
-Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software.
-Creating functional requirements as an input to application design.
-Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities.
-Performing testing work.
-Developing efficient code.
-Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities.
-Assisting clients in defining key capabilities /requirements that will enable their strategy.
-Defining application entrance and exit criteria.
-Planning and managing application design and architecture activities.
-Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products.
-Creating project deliverable templates and standards (including coding standards, etc).
