| Job Description |
• The Technical Test Manager will lead a testing team through a large SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) implementation. This individual must have a working knowledge of the FS-CD module to be eligible.
• Day to day management of multiple testing resources.
• Design of tests that stress a batch oriented system, including methods such as risk-based testing and pairwise.
Required skills:
• 7+ years overall experience.Hands on SAP FS-CD module experience is an absolute must have.
• Insurance domain knowledge.Strong consulting background with test delivery experience. Must have led a team of at least 12 people in a testing project.
• Experience managing both on and offshore resources in a given project.
• Hands on experience on structured testing processes and standards.
• Should be able to create test strategy, plan, test reports, test scenarios, traceability matrix, dashboards and effort estimations model. |
