| Job Description |
1. Establish the following processes within RWD Administration and document procedures to include:
a) creating and/or determining final templates for courseware, context sensitive help (CSH), and tutorials to minimize number of templates.
b) designing and producing glossary within CSH.
c) Using linking files (Captivate, PowerPoint, Word, .pdf).
d) creating procedures for library management within RWD for display on the website.
2. Produce 11 exemplary CSH files using RWD (transactions from FI: ARIP - AR Customer Invoices course)
3. Throughout processes consider conversion from RWD 4.1 to RWD 4.3.
Skills:
* 6+ Years of experience in Developing tutorials.
* 5+ Years of experience in developing E-learning Courseware Templates and Developing CSH.
* 4+ Years of experience in RDW Administration.
* 3+ Years of experience in Creating procedures for library management within RWD & sing linking files (Captivate, PowerPoint, Word, .pdf).
* 2+ Years of experience in RDW uPerform 4.1 & 4.3.
* 1 Year experience in SAP HR & FI |
