- Experience in leading a practice or competency for SAP and building a team of technical & functional consultants.

- Experience managing revenue targets and utilization for the competency team.

- Provide thought leadership in area of competency and define solutions and the go-to-market strategy along with SAP.

- Work with clients to envision roadmaps / solutions and drive consulting and implementation revenues.


- Experience supporting sales teams during proposal bids and driving large deal wins.

- Experience leading large transformation programs and driving business benefits to Fortune 500 clients.

- Manage delivery of program and build client relationships to drive high customer satisfaction.

- Should have good understanding of overall technology trends and future road map of the product.

Minimum of 15 years of experience with leading organizations. Minimum of 10+ years in SAP.
