Job Description
- Provide first-line SAP functional support in SCM and SD modules to ensure project goals, objectives and scope are accomplished within the prescribed time frame .

- Resolve trouble tickets within standard timeframe.

- Assist users with the development life cycle from defining their business requirements, designing the solution and testing.

- Perform required configuration changes to make SAP work as per user requirements.

- Ensure SAP standards compliance (processes and systems) and modules are consistent in content and appearance across the Goodrich Enterprise.
