Job Description
* Must have knowledge of dunning, payment plans/arrangements, collection agency processing, write-
offs, payment processing, FICA function modules and tables, SAP IS-U/CCS module.

* Strong design/analysis, configuration, testing and documentation skills required.

* Familiarity in ABAP, batch processing, batch job scheduling is a plus.

* Knowledge of HP Quality Center and scripting is a plus.

* Willingness to mentor less experienced analysts required.
