Job Description
* MUST HAVE Semiconductor experience.

* Extensive Manufacturing business processes implementation experience in Semiconductor industry.

* Deep SAP solutioning skills. 12 year + consulting experience in SAP ECC implementation space. At least 4 full life cycles (Blueprint to Go-Live).

* Ability to architect end-to-end solutions working with legacy developers, IT, Business, and independent consultants.

* Strong personality. Maturity to handle challenging customer environments and manage customer expectations. Ability to push back in a constructive manner when customer IT/Business leadership has unreasonable expectations / ask from the team. Able to command respect from independent consultants on the team.
