* Experience in leading a practice or competency for SAP CRM/OTC and building a team of functional consultants.
* Experience managing revenue targets and utilization for the competency team.
* Provide thought leadership in area of competency and define solutions and the go-to-market strategy along with SAP.
* Work with clients to envision roadmaps / solutions and drive consulting and implementation revenues.
* Experience supporting sales teams during proposal bids and driving large deal wins.
