| Job Description |
* At least 4 full lifecycles of SAP PY implementation experience, 2 of which gained in a lead role.
* Experience of payroll implementations in local government.
* Expertise on in PY and knowledge of how that module interacts with PA, OM and Time.
* Good Knowledge of full Payroll processes, including UK statutory requirements.
* Able to converse confidently about HR and Payroll issues, and likely solutions provided by SAP.
* Specific knowledge of more than one industry sector and knowledge of the associated SAP industry solutions.
* Good balance of experience in design, configuration and testing.
* Strong “Consulting” skills – demonstrable presentation and client facing skills are a must. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain customer relationships.
