Job Description
* The VC resource should be able to work independently and should be able to lead / manage this initiative.

* Familiar with ASAP R2R Methodology.

* Good understanding of ETO / MTO process.

* Solid VC experience, preferable 3 to 4 full SAP Life Cycle Projects.

* Need very strong variant config resource with 9+ years experience.
Job Requirements
Should be a well experienced person in SD VC.Good Communication skills, will face some organization resistant, some change management skills would be a plus.
