SAP Development Team Lead

Need a seasoned development resource who has demonstrated ABAP development experience. This resource will act as a 'player/coach' for the development team as this person will both oversee the remaining development for resources as well as develop the more complex RICEF objects. Resource will perform the following functions:

- Act as development lead for resources.

- Review functional specs documents coming from the functional teams and, working together with functional teams, approve FS documents before being sent to development team.

- Peform code reviews of development objects being developed by developers (both On/Off-Shore).

- Act as a coach/mentor to junior developers.

- Develop complex interfaces and other development objects both in core ECC (ABAP).

- Help provide guidance in development standards and guidelines for client.

- Provide detailed technical analysis in ABAP technical environments.

- Help resolve issues which have impacts on evelopment objects and the development environment in general.
