* Must be able to coordinate and manage other ABAP consultants in a project environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
* Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
* Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support.
* Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in some, but preferably all of the points below:
* Experience of writing technical specifications.
* Experience of using best practice IT change control processes.
* Experience of PY schemas and configuration.
* Experience in development of Adobe Forms for SAP.
* Proven design and development experience of BAPI and IDOC (PU12).
* Proven design and development experience of HR authorisations and customised HR authorisation objects
