SAP Net Weaver Lead

- Have 3 years of demonstrated task management experience involving multiple development projects.

- At least 3 years of web development with a scripting language.

- Experience with an enterprise Intranet/Portal application on the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

- Experience with a Web Content Management system.

- Experience shall also include the following:

• Experience supporting/developing internet/intranet portals.

• Experience in applying usability best practices and conducting usability tests.

• Experience in search, metadata-based filtration and content lifecycle models.

• Strong technical knowledge in web based development including dynamic report delivery through web sites and/or portals.

• Knowledge of information architecture best practices.

• Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and IS project life cycle methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAP applications and the relevant integration points between these two and other systems or sources of data.

• Knowledge of Web Scripting (Java/JSP preferred), HTML and Javascript, DHTML/AJAX, CSS.

• Understanding Web Architecture (Model View Controller and SOA) Skills and Abilities/ Competencies.

• Ability to creatively refine business requests for information and provide end users and management with improved decision making capabilities.

Possesses 5 to 10 years experience developing web solutions, managing integrated web delivery projects and intranet/portal delivery.
