-SAP HR expertise, with focus on of the following: eRecruiting, Talent Management, Benefits.
-Global implementation/rollout experience, large scale if possible.
-End-to-end SAP HR implementation experience, from blueprinting to go-live/production support.
-Should have good understanding of overall technology trends and future road map of the product.
-Should have solid foundation in IT Project methodologies.
-Prior experience working with Big 5 or large IT consulting strongly desired.
-Onsite-offshore business model experience.
-Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from reputed institute. |
