| Job Description |
- A practice leader from a comparable technology consulting organization with over 15 years of
experience in technology consulting.
- US/Global direct client exposure is a must.
- Should have had experience of full consulting life-cycle viz. pre-sales, estimations, proposals, delivery, quality and risk management and applications management.
- Deep technology implementation skills in one or more of the four service lines, i.e. SAP, Oracle, Information Management and Systems Integration.
- Clear understanding of the on-site/off-shore delivery model. Experience in delivering complex distributed delivery engagements.
- Ability to think through unique delivery models that would align with Our Client’s structure and brand.
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Highly intelligent, collegial, collaborative and professional.
- Team-oriented with a high-level of energy and tenacity, he/she will be able to build and sustain meaningful relationships.
- Proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate leads by example and is capable of leading a group of dedicated and intelligent professionals to deliver results.
- Willing to travel both domestically and overseas.
- Will have the highest level of personal and professional integrity while committing the Firm for
external engagements.
