- Strong SD and FICO experience.

- At least 3 years of experience with global SAP implementations.

- Led at least 2 full global SAP implementations.

- Previous experience with SAP testing strategy and methodology.

- Strong project management/facilitation/coordination skills; PMP desirable.

- Ability to work with and manage a heavy flow of data.

- Ability to cover pre-validation of legacy extract data, provide business with clear feedback, and follow-up on fixed extract data.

- Ability to validate mapping legacy to SAP.

- Ability to cover post load validation of SAP data for business sign-off.

- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills;

- A proactive attitude toward problem resolution.
