• Therefore, he/she needs to be good at soft skills besides technical knowledge.

• Management skills are not important, but strong QA analytics skills, mapping KPIs and finding bugs are some of the areas to be strongly focused on.

• Thorough knowledge of HP Mercury tool, HP Mercury Quality Director.

• Excellent Communication Skills.
