Job Description
- Lead and manage Test Team of about 100 test consultants (in cooperation with test coordinators)

- Monitor test activities and report to the program manager,

- Coach and support team members.

- Create and update the Risk & Requirements Test Matrix

- Define and prioritize requirements

- Design test scenarios

- Participate in project meetings.
Job Requirements
Experience TEST MANAGER with a track record of about 10 years.Being involved in SAP upgrade project (as test manager).Excellent knowledge of HP Quality Centre.SAP CRM Experience.SAP ISU ExperiencePrior Energy Industry Experience
