Job Description
The responsibilities this position will fulfill include the following.

General:

- Managing the Testing Tools library via the GlobalShare.

- Safety compliance reporting and coordination for SAP Testing Track.

Functional Testing:

- Monitor SAP Testing Track mailboxes (2) and taking appropriate actions, including:

* Submitting bulk requests for SAP testers for QC Application Group.

* Quality Center User ID creation and maintenance.

* Notification to testers their IDS, passwords, and training documents.

* Remedy ticket creation & coordination of Quality Center issues with BLA.
