- Bachelors Degree in Information Tecnology or Business Management fields preferred, significant related experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 3 years ERP Deployment Project Management experience in Navy, Navy ERP specific experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Functional experience with Navy SAP implementations, Navy ERP specific experience preferred.
- Navy functional subject matter expertise in ONR Business processes and management preferred.
- Strong prior Navy domain experience (uniformed or GS) with a deep understanding of culture preferred. |
