SAP Change Manager

* You are responsible for the end-to-end process for managing and adapting processes so that these services follow the service methodology ITIL and to ensure the agreement on the availability of the applications.

* You report on regular basis.

* You guide communication processes.

* You formulate improvement possibilities and take initiatives to improve.


Technical skills

* Minimum 5 years experience as Change Manager.

* ITL practitioner.

* Knowledge of SAP ERP ECC 6.0.

* Microsoft MS Office, Microsoft project.

* Relevant project and change management experience in Utility processes is a must.
