| Job Description |
Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing SAP Funds Management and Grants Management. Possesses 2 years of experience in integrating SAP Public Sector, SAP Collections and Disbursements and SAP CRM. Experience shall also include the following:
- Experience with both the grantor and grantee portions of functionality, understands linkages to other modules including document management, conversant in the full life cycle from grant planning through closure
- Experience in CRM Service Management
- Experience customizing SAP CRM Service Management function including Service Orders and Service Contracts
- Strong knowledge in CRM Customizing Fundamentals like Organization Management, Transaction Processing, Activity Management, Partner Processing and Action Management
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
- Experience with the cost allocation and performance accounting including diverse organization structures, costs, services and factors that influence them
- Experience implementing the Grantor Program Management based on SAP CRM and integrated it with Public Sector Collections and Disbursements in Finance
- Configure SAP GM module including complete Unit Testing of FM, GM module
