EVO E2E Service Level Manager
Job Description
Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of SAP experience, managed large customers (international), preferably in the telecom domain

• E2E Service Level Fulfillment & Reporting.

• Identification of support scope & process gaps across all involved support parties.

• Quality assurance for service reporting performed by EVO Service Desk.

• Provision and revision of Remedy configuration requirements for SLA monitoring & reporting.

• Management of EVO OpCo Service Managers including quality assurance for OpCo Service Review Meetings.

Organise on call duty shift pattern for OpCo Service Managers.

Should have knowledge in –

• ITIL Foundation Certification.

• Strong Communication & Facilitation skills.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Strong customer orientation & quality attitude.

• Good Remedy 7 knowledge.
