Job Description
- Develop the Remote Service Delivery Model by managing the Service Initiation/improvement plan and contributing to other strategic initiatives.

- Ensure optimal utilisation of the forecasted and dedicated remote resources by driving the demand, change management and release management process.

- Ensure that the day to day delivery of offshore service meets or exceeds the SLA at the project and work order level.
