Description
This person will need to know how to setup and configure benefits plans on SAP HCM ECC 6.0. They will need to know both the core (back end) benefits configuration and Employee Self Service for Open Enrollment as well as a strong understanding of the business and Open Enrollment processes. This person will have to be seasoned because they will be working directly with our benefit managers to gather the business requirements and configure the system. Excellent communications is a must.
