| Job Description |
The Senior Business Analyst is required to understand the needs, goals, requirements, and expectations of the business users. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst interacts with the Architecture, Project Management, and Delivery teams in the vetting, approval, implementation, and close out of solutions for the business community.
Primary Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Identify and champion business improvement opportunities.
• Conduct business requirements sessions with business users to record requirements relative to business process outcomes.
• Convert the captured business requirements into user requirements documents.
• Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the project.
• Work with the project management team for approval or funding of medium to large scale projects.
• Effectively interpret strategic goals and objectives of the business community and IT.
