| Job Description |
- Responsible for design, deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance of our SAP environment - ECC 6.0, Solution Manager, SAP BW 7.01, SAP functional Component, and other non-SAP components with SAP interfaces (configuration).
- Operational support for SAP systems and technical application infrastructure, including Solution Manager, CCMS, and CTS management.
- Proactively monitors systems and performs root cause analysis of production, QA and development system issues using CCMS, Solution Manager.
- Administers and executes release management for Enhancement Packages, Support Packs and upgrade paths for all SAP components.
- Develops, designs and documents SAP Disaster Recovery Procedures.
- Performs daily system checks of all logs and keep records to determine system usage growth, file system growth, and help plan future infrastructure requirements.
- Supports infrastructure services in the technical integrations of global 3rd party applications with SAP. |
