- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with leading organizations. Minimum of 8-12 years in SAP and 5-6 years in a functional role prior to working in IT.
- Expertise with SAP HR module, technical as well as functional Work with clients to envision roadmaps / solutions and drive consulting and implementation revenues.
- Experience supporting sales teams during proposal bids and driving large deal wins.
- Should have good understanding of overall technology trends and future road map of the product.
- Should have solid foundation in IT Project methodologies.
- Prior experience working with Big 5 or large IT consulting strongly desired.
